Depending on your needs, exercise routines may be taught on any of the following equipment: the Reformer, Cadillac, stability chair, ladder barrel, spine corrector, arc barrel, jump board, cardio tramp, rotational disc board, mat, Swiss ball and BOSU® Balance Trainer.
Other equipment available to aid core strength, improve cardiovascular strength and balance are the Urban Rebounder and X-iser™ which have little or no impact on the joints of the body.
One-to-one sessions can be booked on the hour for 55 minutes anytime and on any day.
