About Isometric Pilates Studio
The establishment of Isometric Studio will expand knowledge and understanding within the increasingly diverse world of sport fitness.
Within the amazing variety of sports available today, we are able to experience a broad range of advances and even observe mistakes, as we attempt to improve exercise patterns – a practical and important activity for everyone regularly committed to workout, so they will enjoy a healthier body and fitter life. For those who injured themselves during the exercise, we might suggest them to take a break and decide to resume their sports program later; in some cases they are even no longer allowed to exercise.
By introducing Pilates Isometric, sportsmen will expect benefits for their body; they will feel better doing their workout, and especially minimizing injury, or even risk no injury at all. This happens because Pilates can tighten muscles, regulate breathing and overcome weight problems through a “LOW IMPACT” workout; effective in correcting body posture and in strengthening “CORE MUSCLES”.

iSometric Pilates Studio offers you an easy exercise formula that allows you to work out in a group of up to six or work out one-to-one, at a time to suit you. You are not restricted by scheduled timetables.
You decide when you want a Pilates session: the hour, the day, the equipment, the friends, colleagues or partner.

For Private, Duet or Trio Sessions, kindly give us 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to the full charge. Please respect this policy as our instructors are compensated on a per lesson basis.
Schedule changes must also be made within 24 hours. If you can re-book with the same instructor WITHIN the 24 hour period, there will be no charge.
We Have Changed Our Policy For Group Classes! Please Give 12 Hours Notice Before Cancelling Out Of A Class, If You Scheduled An Early Morning Or Afternoon Class. Please Let Us Know The Day Before Studio Closing.
All Monthly Package clients are allowed to take up to 7 classes per week. Clients that purchase Monthly Packages are required to provide a credit card on file. Late cancels or no shows will be charged at the single rate of classes.
Holiday season or fasting month: In the event of fasting or holiday season (when schools are closed, etc.) we understand that you may not be able to attend your lesson. In this case, you will not be charged, but we ask that you re-book with the same instructor within a two week period.
We do our very best to honour your request for instructors. If, however, we cannot do so, we encourage you to try one of our many highly trained and dedicated instructors. Very rarely, one of our instructors gets sick or must take a personal day. We do our best to notify you ahead of time, but please understand that circumstances are sometimes beyond our control and we will always do our utmost to provide you with a high quality lesson.
Exercise clothing should allow for a full range of movement. Biking shorts or leggings are recommended; please, no baggy shorts.
Socks are mandatory; shoes are not worn for Pilates, but feet must be covered.
Shoes are optional for both CoreAlign® and CARDIOLATES®. The instructor will advise you when shoes are mandatory for certain CoreAlign®exercises.

Andre, a confirmed sportsman and skilled hobbyist, ‘Andre’ has been an enthusiastic basketball player from the time he was in junior high school. Building on his interest in sports, he worked as a fitness consultant and freelance personal trainer. His move to Pilates was a fortuitous one, stemming from his injured left ankle, sustained during a basketball match a few years ago. Once he came to appreciate the benefits of Pilates, Andre began to pursue a course of training sessions at Pilates in Jakarta; he quickly managed to heal his left ankle injury, gaining considerable mobility in the joint from the Pilates exercises. This was when became fully convinced of the Pilates exercise system, and he studied it in detail. From October 2013 he joined STOTT Pilates in Jakarta, applying his sports experience to assist others to live better and stabilize their body condition through the Pilates regimen. He is currently assisting participants with isometric Pilates, as they strive to upgrade their physical condition. Today Andre enthusiastically shares his knowledge of Pilates.
‘Witri’, as she is known, was awarded a Diploma in Physiotherapy by the University of Indonesia and has also pursued study at Udayana University. Following two years of work experience as a physiotherapist at a private clinic in Bali, Witri, who has long loved sports, decided to investigate Pilates, a physical fitness system allied with her educational background. Having conducted research and gathered information on Pilates, Witri finally decided to plunge into further education, enrolling at STOTT Pilates in Jakarta. From October 2013 Witri has applied her skills as a licensed Physiotherapist to explore and share the benefits of Pilates in our studio, where she continues to train and improve body posture for those committed to a healthier body. She is one of out certified Instructor.
Indra Gunawan was born in Jambi; he graduated as a Personal Trainer in AFAS, with a qualification and experience as a PT. To broaden his area of knowledge and strengthen experience he enrolled in courses such as Aerobic Instructor, Step Aerobics and Reebok Step, TRX (Suspension Trainer). As he tracked updates for various kinds of sport, Indra determined that he need to learn about Pilates, to improve his knowledge to help prevent injury in his clients and also through maintenance of proper posture. He decided to join a Pilates Course, learning Intensive Mat Plus / IMP, and Intensive Reformer Stott Pilates. And until now he has never ceased to pursue courses about Pilates. He has been with us at iSometric since Dec 2015.
Isa was awarded a Diploma in Physiotherapy from the University of Indonesia, following his getting a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy at Udayana University.
He has tried four years of work experience at exclusive private clinics in Bali and Jakarta. He is concerned with healthy body posture, as he is convinced that poor posture may be linked to serious physical conditions. He decided to apply his passion to correct body posture by becoming a Pilates instructor, and thus enrolled in intensive STOTT Pilates courses at the beginning of 2016.
Zilla is a 2016 Physiotherapy graduate of Esa Unggul University. She is very fond of sports and has been interested in Pilates for a long time. Because of her interest in the sport she decided to take courses majoring in Physiotherapy to prepare her to plunge into the world of Pilates.
She has concluded that Physiotherapy and Pilates are the right combination of rehabilitation exercises to improve posture, reduce back pain, get rid of neck pain, improve concentration and balance the body, because Stott Pilates is an active body rehabilitation exercise.
She joined up with iSometric Pilates Studio in October 2016, and completed the course at Stott Pilates in March 2017. At iSometric Pilates Studio she will develop her Physiotherapy and Pilates science for the benefit of clients.
Nisa has always been an enthusiast for physical activities since she was a kid. After her mother first introduced Nisa to yoga practice in her teenage year, she became interested with a job that is related to body movements. Around 2013, Nisa just found out that she has a severe scoliosis condition that often makes her experienced breathe difficulty and other disease. Practicing yoga in a big group class couldn’t help her properly with that condition, hence her mother discovered Pilates and encourage her to try it to help her reduce the pain. Since then, pilates has always been a part of her life. Doing pilates religiously for years really does help Nisa to get better, until she finally decided to join STOTT Pilates instructor training right after she graduated with a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design degree at Binus University, late 2018. She has always had a desire to learn new things, therefore in order to deepen her knowledge, she enrolled other courses such as functional anatomy, injuries & special populations, muscle activation, and also LINKd method. As she learned and realized how pilates has changed her life, she wants to encourage other people to begin their practice too. By joining iSometric studio in Oct 2019, she wishes that she can share and help others to get the benefits from moving mindfully and functionally with pilates.
Anastasia Anatte graduated as a Bachelor of Economics in 2018 at Trisakti School of Management. After attending several pilates sessions and feel the benefits of Pilates, She finally decided to take a pilates course to be a pilates instructor. Her goal is only that she wants everyone get better body and healthier with Pilates just how like she already felt. She believes with Pilates, we will get better posture, increase our body awareness in doing activities to avoid tension and injuries. She also highlights pilates gives better breathing patterns that is very important for our body.
Shanti began her fitness journey back in 2008. Her first sport was Boxing and TRX. She really enjoys Fitness activities that she always seeks for trainer course and certifications on Fitness. It was after several month of research until she finally found Pilates studio in Jakarta. She enrolled Pilates private session and it changed her perspective. She felt a lot of positive impacts towards her body after that session such as balance, posture and flexibility. After doing more sessions on pilates, she was hooked into the idea of becoming a trainer in October 2019. ``I Like to create workouts that are not only challenging but fun as well.`` - She said. She believes doing something we enjoy gives us the best opportunity to success and to reach happiness. Her goal is to share her passion and help others to feel how she already felt after pilates and to reach their fitness goal and healthier life.

Because of her routines and ambitions towards her work, make her forgot to exercise and have a low awareness of her body. Her first met with Mrs. Annette changed her. She was inspired to know and learn about Pilates more. Doing pilates regularly, she gained a lot of positive impacts such as body awareness and structure improvement. From that moment, she was more interested in becoming pilates instructor so that other people could feel what she felt after pilates.
