Our small classes are safer as you will receive more individual attention to make sure your workout is precisely prescribed to your needs. Our Group Session pilates workouts class is available on Monday to Saturday.

The exercise routines will be fun and may be taught on any of the following equipments: the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Arc Barrel, Jump Board, Cardio Tramp, Rotational Disc Board, Mat, Swiss Ball and BOSU® Balance Trainer.

Other equipments such as Urban Rebounder and X-iser™ are also available to aid core strength, improve cardiovascular strength and balance, which have little or no impact on the joints of the body.
